If every time you shared something about your baby, your best friend ignored you, would you stop sharing?

Situation: your best friend who has no kids gives you the impression that she is NOT interested in discussing your baby AT ALL. Though you don't feel you overdo it, sometimes you naturally want to share a cute or funny story about what your baby did or whatever, but your friend will either change the subject or just completely IGNORE what you just said. So my question is, do you just STOP all-together unless she asks about the baby ? What would YOU do ? ( btw, it's actually very hurtful to me that she isn't happy about the baby like everyone else around me is.)

It's not just liberals. And the reason is because she is ill-informed, poorly educated, not very articulate and lacks the intellectual curiosity (as Sen. Murkowski said) to hold any elected office, therefore, her comments are often inflammatory, insulting and embarrassing to the US' image across the globe.

What is the hack on modern warfare 2 called where you have a drop down screen with a list of options?

i was playing call of duty modern warfare 2 online and i joined a match and someone had a hack which allowed the to call in infinate harriers ac130s chopper gunners carepackages and other things of the sort, they also were able to do other things such as shooting anywhere and automatically killing someone and other stuff. the hack had a drop down menu with options also.

in my opinion, commando with silencer and ak74u which is like the ump from Modern Warfare 2 all over again. just my opinion.

Shin splints - is it possible to be tender but not have them?

I've dealt with shin splints in the past too. A good way to ease the pain and help the healing process is to freeze a dixie cup of water and use the open end to massage your shins with. You can also strengthen your shin muscles by laying on your back and hold your leg up so your upper leg is vertical and your lower leg is horizontal then "write" the alphabet with your big toe and do that for both legs. Your heel/toe walks are good and you can also try to stand on the edge of the steps and just lift yourself with your toes and do 10-15 nice a slowly. These are all targeted for your shins specifically so you don't want to overdo these exercises while starting, rather gradually build up over a month or so. Strengthening other parts of your legs may also help relieve stress on your shins and prevent shin splint. At this point, you probably don't have shin splints and your legs are sore from running so don't worry too much. Just be aware of your body and try out these tips. Should your shins feel extra sore one day, take some ibuprofen to lessen the swelling (even if you don't need it for the pain it will help your muscles to heal faster and let you get back to running).
