Some inspiration needed! What should I do for English Oral speech?!?

I'd say go with the RAF idea. It's something you know about, and have a decided opinion for; make use of that. Don't worry about the other students; the whole idea is for you to get them stirred up on a topic they wouldn't normally think of.
