Modern Warfare 2 - Help getting a nuke?

Hi, I'm lvl 70 and the closest I've gotten to the nuke is 23 killstreak. My problem is to get the harriers. I don't need weapon or perk advices. Maybe if you have a class that is really good you can share it with me. It would be nice to also know spots in some maps where you got a nuke, camping spots and stuff. Every time I get my chopper gunner, I get a freaking drunk pilot. The chopper goes over to the other team's spawn, stays there for 10 seconds, and leaves! So I'm stuck in a chopper gunner getting 0 kills. Tops for chopper gunner also? Thank you very much. (Sorry if I have grammar mistakes, I'm not an English speaker).
