Should Philippines give US their bases back?

Well, if you look at it this way. Apache helicopters, Harrier jets, and other American weaponry would be provided. Look at Japan and Korea, one reason why they are richer than Philippines is because of American. Also, Philippines wouldn't be worried with terrorist groups.
