Do women who get abortions usually tell people about it?

I am just wondering, let’s say a woman got pregnant and she went for an abortion, lets say few weeks after she got pregnant like 4 weeks or so, does she tell people like pals at work or relatives about it or does she keep to herself since some people who are anti-abortion may criticize her? Thanks
