If you're a military pilot and you accidentaly crash an aircraft do you have to pay for it?

I've seen a few harriers crashing on youtube and i was just wondering how much trouble the pilot would be in if the reason of the crash was pilot error, please give me confirmed answers backed up with links or quotes.
