Am I working my biceps too hard?

well your workout isn't based on a good concept, you're doing 2 exercises for back, and 3 for biceps! your back is the biggest muscle group in your upper body, it should be trained way more than the biceps, for example, i do 5 back exercises, then end my workout with 2 biceps exercises, 3 sets each exercise!
