Instead of scrapping the harriers, why not sell them off cheap 2nd hand, like cars?

Surely, it makes no sense to just get rid of them for good - why not flog a few to Brazil & Mexico to help them in their war against the drugs mafia? It's a handy little plane - very mobile - perfect for such a job, no? We could even buy them back in an Korea-type emergency, surely?
