Modern Warfare 2 Killstreak help?

Ok so I have call of duty mw2 on pc and heres what I want to know well first an example say you have uav,precision airstrike and harriers and you get up to you harriers before using your uav is there a way to use the uav first to find the enemy and then drop my harrier strike and precision strike on them?
